Pittock Conservation Area

 

Located on the northern edge of Woodstock, Pittock Conservation Area is a 2000 acre outdoor playground in Oxford County offering visitors the opportunity to step into nature without venturing too far from the city. Whether it's for day use or an overnight stay, Pittock has all.

Pittock Conservation Area has 250 campsites including seasonal and overnight camping options.

Hikers

Multiple trails for hiking and biking including paved and packed dirt trails.

Paddlers

Hit the calm water for a relaxing paddle. Canoe rentals available right at the park.

Boaters & Anglers

Pittock Reservoir offers great fishing from both the shore and your boat. If you don't have your own fishing equipment, OFAH's TackleShare program is available.

Families

Quiet waters on the beach and plenty of opportunities to play with playgrounds, a pool, and disc golf course!

Winter Hiking

Trails are open from dawn to dusk and groomed when time permits. No skis or snowshoe rentals available and all washrooms as well as facilities are closed for the winter months. Contact the park to plan ahead.
