Rondeau Provincial Park

 

Rondeau Provincial Park is Ontario's second-oldest provincial park. It has 11 kilometres of sandy beaches and boasts excellent hiking, fishing, boating, biking, rollerblading and birding.

Winter Enthusiasts 

Rondeau Provincial Park has a variety of trails, diverse habitats and beautiful winter conditions making it the perfect southern Ontario spot for winter adventures. Trails are open for hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing on ungroomed trails, and ice fishing. Please note that trails at Rondeau are not groomed. Educational programs are also available at select times through the winter as well. Contact the park to confirm winter opportunities.

Campers

Rondeau has 264 campsites in the north end of the park. Camping opens the first Friday in April and closes the last Sunday in October.

Dog Lovers

Rondeau has a dog beach and exercise area. It's a great spot to bring your dog for day use. 

Birders 

Rondeau is a premiere birding destination providing bird watchers with a world-class experience. 334 species of birds have been recorded in the park.

Paddlers

The generally calm and shallow waters of Rondeau Bay offer an excellent canoeing or kayaking experience. 

Anglers

The warm, vegetation-rich waters of Rondeau Bay offer excellent Largemouth Bass fishing.
