Wallaceburg is situated in the Lake St Clair Basin, with good fishing and wildlife in what is a huge wetlands area. Over 60 miles of waterways based upon the Sydenham River between Dresden and Mitchells Bay on Lake St Clair. A three seasons area with good family paddling. Great fishing for Big and Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, Musky, and Perch. 80 species of fish in the system and over 30 varieties of freshwater mussels, some of them very rare.
