Long Point Provincial Park, a 40-kilometre-long sandspit which is recognized as a biosphere reserve by the United Nations. It's a world-renowned refuge and stopover for migrating birds in fall and spring. Waterfowl viewing is excellent in March. Its delicate dunes and marshes also teem with songbirds, spawning fish, turtles and frogs.  Want to catch some rays? Long Point has an incredible sandy beach overlooking picturesque Lake Erie.
