This 68 hectare park is a special place for leisurely walks to the lookout high atop the Lake Erie bluffs or a picnic in the quiet shade of the forest canopy. From the bluffs, you can often see lake freighters, fishing tugs and sometimes Bald Eagles and migrating hawks. The park is in the heart of what was the Talbot Settlement. A drive along the lake is like “a trip back in time”. Be sure to stop at the nearby Backus Page museum which celebrates the history of this area.
