Looking for something to do with the kids over March Break? Why not ‘step into nature’ and get some fresh air and exercise at Longwoods Road Conservation Area and the Ska-Nah-Doht Village & Museum!
Families can enjoy a guided nature hike or a tour of Ska-Nah-Doht Village. From March 11-15, these activities will begin at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. sharp. Each hike or tour is one hour. Cost is $4 per vehicle, coin or credit card at the pay and display machine located at the entrance gatehouse.
No need to pre-register! Simply gather at the Resource Centre at one of these times and meet up with an LTVCA staff who will be your guide. Dress for the outdoors as you could be outside for an hour. Bring a picnic lunch (no food available onsite) to eat at a picnic table outside or in a cabin beside a cozy, warm woodstove. Please note that children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times. Children without adult supervision cannot take part in guided hikes or tours
